We understand that to change the lives of those with multiple and complex barriers to work, requires a willingness to get out into the community, and deliver training within neighbourhoods.

So that's what we've been doing in Sunderland since 2018... well, Colin has.

Our Training Hub in Southwick is now home to all of our programmes in Sunderland. Colin has been joined by John and together they provide both indoor and outdoor practical learning opportunities, designed to help people build their confidence, learn new things and move forward.

Combining practical work experience with an accredited vocational qualification and employment support - this programme has been designed to:

•  help you to develop personal, social and communication skills

•  be flexible enough to tailor Career, Information and Guidance sessions to suit your needs

•  provide you with real work experience and build your confidence

•  connect you with specialist support (e.g. counselling, debt centres) should you need it

When you sign up, you choose a pathway (or combine pathways) to suit YOUR aspirations. We can't stress this enough, for us, it really is about you, your worth and your goals.

We deliver the Advance Programme in Sunderland with the support of ESF Community Grants.

Three13 is a delivery partner for ESF Community Grants.  ESF Community Grants are funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Education and Skills Funding Agency and the aim of the fund is to help unemployed people progress towards employment through access to learning and training opportunities.

Ingeus, in partnership with Three13, offer training to their clients in Sunderland as part of reducing re-offending through Employment, Education and Training.
