Where it all began, our Three13 Training Hub in Teesside is where the majority of our team is based.

Easily accessed by public transport or car, The Oakwood (home of Tees Valley Community Church) is home to our extremely experienced Employer Engagement team as well as nine acres of amazing work experience environments, including; gardens, a commercial kitchen, community coffee shop, busy offices and a wood workshop.

Our Learner Manager, Matt, is supported by a team of talented Tutors and Pathway Supervisors, who love nothing more than to encourage you whilst you learn new things, grow in confidence and reach your potential.

Here's what the team are offering currently:

The Greenlife Project offers tailored, face-to-face support for ex-offenders in Durham and Teesside. Alongside specialist employment support, learners have the opportunity to develop new skills and build in confidence, as they give back to the community through a practical project. In Teesside, our learners are contributing to the development of the Oakwood Gardens, a community allotment space and woodland.

“The new motivation [through the Greenlife Project]  is what helped me get the full time job I have now. I will be using some of the practical skills, like using an impact driver, hand saw and mitre saw to do general DIY around my new house. I’m going to keep on the straight and narrow now as well, now that I have turned my life around, and want to continue doing some voluntary work.”

Learner Feedback (March 2022)

Referrals to the Greenlife Project can be made by Ingeus employees working with ex-offenders.
