Your generosity will give local people an opportunity to increase their skills, confidence and hope.

We believe our approach of blurring the lines between social action and work-based training is an effective mechanism - to not only support people into work - but also to strengthen and re-unify communities where many feel estranged by their past.

Government data suggests supporting someone into employment reduces the chance of re-offending by 40%. However, having worked with 100s of people with convictions, we’ve learnt gaining work requires many to first recover their confidence. By supporting our project Forward, you'll provide that stepping stone to help people feel part of community again, better understand the value of their skills and believe in their capacity to work.
